Here are my drafts for my double page spread, as featured on my front cover, I display the band image of 'Kids At Heart' and put as a headline that they are a new band, therefore I think it would be best to do the double page spread on these as I have information and images to use.

These are the two ideas for my contents page. As my front cover and double page spread are busy, I have decided to make the contents page simple, with a few relevant images, and another image in the background which I will edit it on photoshop by changing the opacity to make it faint and not as noticeable as the main images.

Even though I am not following exactly the same scheme here, the same genre still follow, as well as the font style and colour to keep a consistency, as well as I may include the magazines name in the corner.

I have also decided to add a 'free drink' voucher at the bottom, as one of my headings will be advertising a Christmas party/gig at a club, and therefore explains that with ID if you are 18+ you can cut this voucher out and take it with you, I think this is a good idea as it may encourage people to buy the magazines, and not only this, but the club will pay money to have their selves advertised, therefore the magazine company making more money and looking professional.
